KEK BLACK FOREST (CHEF ANUAR)
 
Bahan2 :-
 
180 g ceri hitam (dalam tin)
150 ml sirap ceri hitam (dari tin ceri hitam tadi.  saya asingkan 2 sudu besar daripada sirap ni utk bancuh tepung jagung)
20 g gula halus
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 biji kek span (saya guna 500 g sponge mix perisa coklat)
400 g krim putar manis (saya guna jenama anchor sebab ni ada cop halal dari malaysia.  kalau suka banyak krim, boleh tambah kuantitinya)
coklat urai (saya takde, so, saya tak gunakan)
parutan coklat pahit (pun takde, jadi, tak gunakan)
ceri merah secukupnya (saya nakkan ceri tu bertangkai, so, saya guna maraschino cherry)
 
Cara2 :-
  1. untuk sediakan inti ceri hitam, didih sirap ceri hitam bersama gula halus.
  2. bila dah mendidih, larutkan tepung jagung dengan sedikit sirap ceri hitam.  kemudian, tuang larutan tepung jagung ke dalam sirap ceri hitam yang mendidih tu.  kacau atas api kecil hingga mendidih semula & pekat.
  3. masukkan ceri hitam & kacau hingga rata.  padam api & biarkan sejuk ke suhu bilik.
  4. potong kek span menjadi tiga bahagian.  ketepikan.
  5. pukul krim putar hingga kembang & kental.
  6. sapukan sedikit krim putar pada lapisan pertama kek span.
  7. tabur separuh inti atas krim putar.
  8. letak lapisan kedua kek span, sapu krim di permukaannya & tabur baki inti tadi.
  9. letakkan lapisan terakhir.
  10. sapu baki krim putar di keliling kek.
  11. hias ikut citarasa.

NOTA : sebab kek ni menggunakan krim putar, kek hendaklah disimpan di dalam peti sejuk supaya krimnya tak basi.
